I’m so glad I made the decision to work with Sarah. I have struggled since I was a pre-teen with obsessing over food choices, calorie/point counting, exercise, and body image. Last summer, I decided that I needed to start overcoming the constant guilt and fear I have felt for the last 25+ years. Through working with Sarah over the last year, I have come a long way in reducing my anxiety around food, learning to appreciate what my body is capable of, and reframing thoughts that trigger self-criticism.
