Welcome to Your New Normal

The Oreos have been sitting in the pantry for two weeks.

You’ve had a few, but they don’t call your name anymore—and you don’t feel the urge to toss them so you don't think about them.

You go out to dinner and connect with friends and family.

No obsessing over the menu. You order what you want without guilt or second-guessing and move on.

You eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full.

No more second guessing whether you're hungry or bored. You know when to eat and when to go for a walk (and you can actually do that). And you find yourself leaving food on your plate without even trying.

You eat and move on.

You finish lunch and don't think about food for another 3 to 4 hours when you're hungry again.

You're more connected with loved ones.

You're present. You have more time to focus on your kids, partner, friends. Your brain has opened up space for new exp

I'm ready to quiet the food noise

I’m a registered dietitian, certified intuitive eating counselor, body image coach, and mom of two.

For years, food ruled my brain. I spent so much time thinking about what I should eat, what I shouldn’t eat, and how to “make up” for the ice cream or chocolate. I’d track every bite, feel guilty for eating pizza with friends, and constantly think about how what I ate was impacting my weight—no matter how big or small I was.

It was mentally exhausting. I missed out on the true joy of date nights, vacations, and girls night’s because I was stuck in my head worrying about food and my body.

Once I stopped trying to control my body and started taking care of it, everything changed. Now food feels easy, and without effort, I eat food that nourishes my body and soul. I can keep chocolate, chips, and ice cream in the house without obsessing over them. And I finally feel present—in my life, in my body, and with my kids.

Over the last decade I’ve helped hundreds of women do the same inside The UNDIET Method—ditch the guilt, stop obsessing, and finally feel in control around food.
