Finally feel in control around food—even with Oreos, Cheez-its, and Ben & Jerry’s in the house.

Quiet the food noise. Eat what you love. Trust yourself to stop when you're full.

You stand at the kitchen counter after dinner, eating handfuls of popcorn or chocolate chips, wondering why you can’t stop.

You feel guilt no matter what you eat—too much, too often, the wrong thing.
You’ve cut out sugar, counted points, tried intuitive eating... but nothing really works.

Even though you’re successful in so many areas of your life, food still feels like the one thing you can’t figure out.
You’re tired of the mental chatter. The food rules. The shame. The secret eating.

Just like these women...

If any of these sound familiar, you belong in this room…

You tell yourself you’ll just have a handful of chips or one spoon of ice cream… but suddenly you’re halfway through the bag, uncomfortably full, already beating yourself up.

You had dinner. You should be satisfied. Yet you’re standing at the pantry, picking at crackers or M&Ms—not from hunger, but to take the edge off something you can’t name.

Or maybe it’s the brownie pan on the counter. You cut a sliver between meetings. Then another. By the end of the day, half the pan is gone, and you’re left sick, ashamed, and wondering, why can’t I stop?

You start your day strong—egg whites, salad, even skipping the donuts at work—but on the way home, the M&Ms slip into your cart. You tell yourself “just a few,” but finish the bag before you’re in the driveway.

And all day, food runs in the background: Was that too much? Should I wait to eat? Do I need to make up for it? The hunger, guilt, and mental math never stop—and you’re exhausted by it.

Welcome to Your New Normal

The Oreos have been sitting in the pantry for two weeks.

You’ve had a few, but they don’t call your name anymore—and you don’t feel the urge to toss them just to get them out of the house.

At dinner, you stop halfway through your plate because you’re satisfied

No guilt, no urge to clean it..

You feel hungry and know exactly what to eat

Something that fills you up, satisfies you, and actually tastes good. You eat and move on. No second-guessing.

You bake brownies with your kids and eat one.

You’re satisfied.
The pan sits on the counter for days, and you don’t even think about going back for more.

The grocery store doesn’t feel like a battlefield.

You pass the candy aisle without fear. If M&Ms do come home with you, they actually make it home.

Even eating out feels different.

You order what sounds good, enjoy every bite, and sometimes leave food behind—not because you should, but because you’re full.

 And best of all?

Food takes up so much less space in your head. The constant buzz of second-guessing and mental math is gone.

Eat what you love without overeating, obsessing, or feeling guilty about it later.

I’m a registered dietitian, certified intuitive eating counselor, body image coach, and mom of two.

For years, food ruled my brain. I spent so much time thinking about what I should eat, what I shouldn’t eat, and how to “make up” for the ice cream or chocolate. I’d track every bite, feel guilty for eating pizza with friends, and constantly think about how what I ate was impacting my weight—no matter how big or small I was.

It was mentally exhausting. I missed out on the true joy of date nights, vacations, and girls night’s because I was stuck in my head worrying about food and my body.

Once I stopped trying to control my body and started taking care of it, everything changed. Now food feels easy, and without effort, I eat food that nourishes my body and soul. I can keep chocolate, chips, and ice cream in the house without obsessing over them. And I finally feel present—in my life, in my body, and with my kids.

Over the last decade I’ve helped hundreds of women do the same inside The UNDIET Method—ditch the guilt, stop obsessing, and finally feel in control around food.
